Will your office work with my lender?
Yes, just let your lender know you’d like to use our office for your transaction. Typically, they just need our contact information.
Does your office prepare contracts?
Yes, we love working with realtors, but the reality is, not everyone needs one. We’ll work with whichever party reaches out to us first. We can’t be a go-between, but we’ll be glad to get your transaction in writing for you.
How do I bring my funds to closing?
Our office accepts cashier’s checks made payable to Ledbetter Title Company, and wires. Please call our office for the wiring instructions. We do not accept personal checks for closing transactions.
How will I receive my money at closing?
You will be provided a check, or you can choose to receive a wire. You will need your bank’s wiring instructions at closing.
Can I close from another state?
Of course! We do this a lot. We’ll email and/or FedEx documents and expect you can do the same.
Can I close just my side of the closing with you?
Yes, we perform just buyer or just seller closings all the time. Just let your realtor or lender know you’d like to use our office.
